1. Returns:

  • Customers have 5 working days from the date of delivery to return defective or damaged items.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • MRE’s
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you are requested to send a mail with your banking details to outdoorrefunds@b35t.co.za, thereafter your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the mentioned period of 10 working days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or banking institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on +27609370997. We will arrange for a courier pickup and delivery of the new item within 15 working days.

6. Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should contact us on +27609370997.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Changes to This Policy:

  • We may update our refund and return policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 working days after delivery
